Novelius Medical’s calmingcandle is an all natural artisanal candle made in Grasse, France. It’s infused with natural essential oils, made to the strictest standards, and contains no GMOs, palm oil, paraffin, or mineral waxes.

We blend only the finest natural ingredients like patchouli, cedar, sandalwood, vetiver, amber, vanilla, and labdanum.

The calmingcandle is crafted from 100% natural wax. To top it off we use only 100% natural cotton wicks applied by hand. Naturally, the dedicated box it comes in is entirely recyclable.

What makes a candle special? Our unique scented calmingcandles are hand-crafted in Grasse, France, the world capital of perfume. In fact, Novelius Medical took the task so much to heart that we hired an accomplished perfumer to help develop the candle’s singularly seductive profile.

These truly artisanal candles are also hand-wicked using 100% natural cotton. And they are as enduring as they are wonderfully effective, and will burn more than 55 hours if the wick is regularly trimmed back to 5mm.

We bring together only the best natural ingredients: Patchouli is a delightfully aromatic oil from the mint family; cedar and sandalwood are both wonderfully aromatic woods that are both rich and subtle; and rich, dark vanilla root is well known as both a special fragrance and a flavoring.

Our sense of smell has been shown to be closely associated with mood, stress, and various cognitive functions. The resultant behavioral effects vary depending on the scent or odor and are generally divided into arousing and calming scents.
